Starting a restaurant from the ground up has been Mison’s, the owner’s, dream for almost 30 years. Over the decades, Mison has both accumulated much experience in restaurant business (as both a worker and owner). However, our restaurant had barely begun opening its doors before having to close due to COVID regulations and lockdowns. With their determination, knowledge, and conviction, they work towards making this business the best they can.

Dream to reality

Every day was another step closer to finally achieving what we’d spent months planning. Korean food was hard, if not impossible, to find in King County. And now we could have a centrally located cultural restaurant right at our doorsteps.

Coming together

Seeing everybody come together to finish this project was amazing. As soon as construction was finished, our amazing staff began their training. We had specialists, experienced servers, and master chefs all contributing their knowledge.
